"The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff."

"The hotel overall was clean updated and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful! I do have a small suggestion that the housekeeping staff clean rooms every other day instead of every three days. Additionally, the housekeeping staff should clean all glasses and plates from the room during routine cleaning. I would still recommend this hotel, it is well located and overall was a very nice stay!"
